Beyond the Mid-Somerset Show, the Society organises a range of events throughout the year that bring together the local community in fun, engaging, and meaningful ways. From social evenings to commemorative celebrations, charity fundraisers, and family-friendly activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're a long-time local or new to the area, our events offer a great chance to connect, take part, and celebrate everything that makes our region special.

Upcoming events in 2025
5th June: Member's evening. From 7pm at Kilver Court by kind permission of the Showering Family. Live music, open gardens & sit down buffet. Tickets are £35pp and must be booked by the 22nd May directly from the office (limited number available). This evening is open to society members & show sponsors only. 15th August: The Pre-Show Party. Welcome in the 2025 Mid-Somerset Show with a bang! A sit down steak dinner & live music. More details available nearer the time.
