We would like to invite you to take part in our Priority Booking Scheme for the 2009 Show.

Many people were pleased with last years’ show and expressed a wish to come again in 2009 and want to reserve the same stand site or maybe one that they feel is a little more suitable.

As last year we have designated the sites before hand so you will be able to see from the show plan where you want to be and book that particular place rather than finding out what has been allocated to you a couple of weeks before Show Day. We hope that this will be a more satisfactory method for yourselves knowing just where you have booked from the outset.

With this system it has to be on a “First come - First served” basis so we ask you to act quickly to ensure that you get the right spot.

You can download a Showground Plan and an order form for you but please ensure that the space that you order is big enough to accommodate all you want to fit on it, i.e. vehicles, trailers, tents and not forgetting to include the length of the drawbars and overhangs. Also on a serious note, we cannot allow access to the show ground without your trade passes, so please take care of them and don’t forget them on the day.

The Mid Somerset Show, also known as, Shepton Show is enjoying a real revival in current times with attendances up for four years in a row and not least because it is the only FREE ENTRY SHOW in England .
