At the AGM of the Society held on 3rd March, Michael Eavis CBE was elected as our President for 2009.
Michael said he was pleased to be of help to the show as he thoroughly enjoyed his year as President in 2007.
Michael is a Pilton dairy farmer, but better known as the creator of Glastonbury Festival, the largest music festival in the world.
